Happy New Year from the Dirty Pearl Studios team! We have been hard at work on One By One, and we wanted to share some of our progress with you.
This month, we have been focusing on environment art and level design. The manor is really starting to come together, with each room telling its own story through environmental details.
Our artists have been creating some truly unsettling scenes. From the grand but decaying foyer to the claustrophobic servant passages, every space in the manor has been designed to keep you on edge.
We have also been working on the sound design. In VR, audio is crucial for immersion, and we want every creak, whisper, and distant sound to contribute to the atmosphere of dread.
Next month, we will be sharing more about the characters you will encounter in the manor. Some are helpful. Some are... less so.
