We are thrilled to finally announce our debut VR horror game, One By One. This project has been a labor of love for our small team at Dirty Pearl Studios, and we cannot wait to share it with the world.
One By One is a psychological horror experience set in 1994. You play as a paranormal investigator called to examine the abandoned Ashworth Manor, where a series of disappearances have occurred over the decades.
Our goal is to create an immersive horror experience that relies not on cheap jump scares, but on atmosphere, tension, and the slow creeping dread that comes from knowing something is very, very wrong.
The game features a unique hand-crafted art style inspired by classic horror illustrations and gothic artwork. Every environment has been carefully designed to evoke the unsettling feeling of being watched.
We are targeting a release in late 2024 for Meta Quest and PC VR headsets. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue development!
